The Climate Venture Scaler is a UNDP initiative, in partnership with the Impact Investment Exchange (IIX), designed to help growth-stage climate enterprises in Southeast Asia scale their impact. The program supports businesses in Cambodia, Laos, and Malaysia that are working on climate mitigation, adaptation, and green innovation.
This accelerator provides intensive support to help companies strengthen their business models, improve their investment readiness, and connect directly with a network of potential investors, enabling them to secure the capital needed for growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Stage: Must be a growth-stage Small or Medium-sized Enterprise (SME).
- Location: Must be legally registered and operating in Cambodia, Laos, or Malaysia.
- Sector: The enterprise must be focused on climate mitigation, climate adaptation, or green innovation.
- Impact: Must demonstrate a clear model that contributes to climate resilience, gender equality, and sustainable economic development.

The application process involves submitting a detailed online form about the company’s business model, financial health, and climate impact. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a due diligence process before final selection.
