Institute for Law & AI Summer Research Fellowship 2026 (US & EU Law)

The Institute for Law & AI offers paid Summer Research Fellowships for law students, professionals, and academics to work at the leading edge of AI law and policy. The program has two distinct tracks: one focusing on United States Law and Policy and another on EU Law and Policy.

Fellows will conduct research on critical issues, contribute to policy papers, and collaborate with leading experts in the field. This is an opportunity to gain deep expertise in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI governance.

  • Expertise (EU Track): Applicants should have a strong interest or background in European Union law and policy related to technology and AI.
  • Skills: Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills are required.

Application Deadline: January 30, 2026, for both the US and EU tracks.
