by | Dec 8, 2025

Launched by UNESCO and Christian Dior Couture, the Women@Dior program is a global mentorship and education initiative designed to empower young women in higher education. It focuses on developing leadership skills, promoting gender equality, and encouraging social impact. Through a unique curriculum and one-on-one mentorship with Dior professionals, the program has supported over 2,800 women from more than 60 countries since 2017.

Participants, known as “Mentees,” embark on a journey centered on the four core values of Autonomy, Creativity, Inclusion, and Sustainability, preparing them to become the leaders of tomorrow.
