by | Dec 9, 2025

The McClinton Scholars Program is a semester-long mentorship and leadership development experience for undergraduate students in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. Designed for sophomores, juniors, and seniors, the program focuses on providing real-world impact through mentorship, personal development, academic enrichment, and exposure to professional pathways. The program requires active engagement and is structured as a hybrid model, combining in-person and virtual sessions.

Program Structure & Expectations

  • Key Deliverables: Scholars must complete a professional certification and a final research project, which will be presented at the end-of-cohort showcase.
  • Mentorship: Each student is paired with a dedicated mentor and is expected to meet with them bi-weekly.
