Zensurance Small Business Grant 2026

The Zensurance Small Business Grant is an opportunity for Canadian entrepreneurs, startups, and small business owners to secure funding to grow their ventures. The program invites applicants to share their compelling business stories for a chance to win a significant grant, which is ultimately decided by a public vote.

Financial Benefits

  • Grant Amount: A single grant of $25,000 CAD will be awarded to the winning business.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, entrants must meet the following requirements:

  • Location: Must be an operational company registered in Canada. Businesses in Quebec, the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut are excluded.
  • Revenue: The business’s annual revenue must not exceed $1 million CAD.
  • Application Steps: Applicants must complete the application form, get a free insurance quote from Zensurance, and follow one of Zensurance’s social media channels.
  • Entry Limit: Only one entry is permitted per business.

Application and Selection Process

  • Application Deadline: January 11, 2026.
  • Shortlist Announcement: A shortlist of six finalists will be announced on January 19, 2026.
  • Public Voting: The public will be invited to vote for their favorite candidate from the shortlist between January 19 and January 25, 2026.
  • Winner Announcement: The winner of the $25,000 grant will be announced on January 27, 2026.
