Unlike other scholarship programs where you must secure admission first, with Turkiye Burslari, you apply for the scholarship and your university placement simultaneously.
Program Benefits

- Full Financial Coverage:
- Tuition Fees: Fully covered.
- Monthly Stipend:
- Undergraduate: 3,500 TL
- Master’s: 5,000 TL
- PhD: 6,500 TL

- Accommodation: Free accommodation in state-run dormitories.
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive public health insurance.
- Travel: A one-time flight ticket for the first arrival and departure after graduation.
- Language Course: A one-year free Turkish language course (even for those studying in English).
Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: Open to citizens of all countries (except Turkish citizens and those who have lost Turkish citizenship).
- Minimum Academic Achievement:
- Undergraduate: 70%
- Master’s and PhD: 75%
- Health Sciences (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy): 90%
- Age Criteria:
- Undergraduate: Under 21
- Master’s: Under 30
- PhD: Under 35
Application Process
- Application Period: January 10 – February 20, 2026.
- How to Apply: Applications are submitted online via the Türkiye Scholarships Information System (TBBS).
- Selection: Candidates are evaluated based on academic success, extra-curricular activities, and professional credentials. Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview (in-person or online).
