One Young World Fellowship 2026: Programmes Fellows

One Young World is seeking three new Programmes Fellows to join their team and help deliver the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa. This is a full-time, fixed-term employment opportunity based in London, designed for individuals passionate about global issues and event management. The role focuses on supporting the Programmes Team in all aspects of event planning and execution for the annual Summit.

Role Details and Benefits

  • Position: Programmes Fellow (3 positions available).
  • Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract from January 2026 to November 30, 2026.
  • Salary: A competitive salary will be offered for this role.
  • Location: London, UK, with a hybrid working model (a mix of office and remote work).
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supporting the planning and delivery of the Summit agenda, including speaker and session management.
    • Acting as a key point of contact for high-profile speakers, delegates, and partners.
    • Managing logistical and content requirements for Summit sessions.
    • Contributing to the overall success and impact of the One Young World 2026 Summit.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom. One Young World is unable to sponsor visas for this role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • A proactive and collaborative team player.
    • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Interest: A demonstrated passion for the mission of One Young World and an interest in global social and political issues.
