The UNICEF-hosted Education Cannot Wait (ECW) fund is offering a remote internship for qualified graduate students and recent graduates. This is an opportunity to gain direct practical experience in the international humanitarian-development sector by supporting the world’s first global fund for education in emergencies. Interns will provide technical and operational support to the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team, focusing on collecting, analyzing, and disseminating data to contribute to key publications like the ECW Annual Results Report.
Program Benefits
- Paid Internship: Interns receive a monthly stipend to support their engagement (e.g., $1,700 USD in New York/Geneva or a locally adjusted rate for other locations).
- Remote Work: The internship is designed to be fully remote, with the flexibility to work online during Geneva/CET working hours. Office space may be available in New York and Geneva upon discussion.
- Professional Experience: Acquire hands-on experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, and reporting within a UN-hosted global fund.
- Skill Development: Strengthen quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills (using Excel, R, Power Query), contribute to global reports, and support knowledge management systems.
