With over 1,000 applicants each year for approximately 30 spots, it is a prestigious opportunity for social entrepreneurs worldwide.

Eligibility Criteria
- Leadership Role: Applicants must be the primary leader (e.g., Founder, CEO, Executive Director) of a nonprofit organization.
- Organizational Mission: The organization must be dedicated to serving children and youth.
- Scalability: The organization should be at a point where it is ready to scale, with a proven model and existing traction.
- Personal Commitment: Leaders must be open to coaching, peer learning, and accountability to drive their organization forward.
Application Process
The application is a multi-stage process designed to identify the most dedicated and high-potential leaders.
- Part 1 Application Deadline: February 6, 2026
- Part 2 Application Deadline (by invitation only): February 20, 2026
- Finalist Interviews: Conducted by April 21, 2026.
- Cohort Selection: Final decisions are made by May 1, 2026.
- Fellowship Kick-off: The program officially begins in June 2026.
