Specifically, this hybrid development program helps young female leaders scale their civic impact through professional networking and training. Program Overview
This is a civic leadership and networking program. Therefore, it is ideal for young women who need cross-cultural connections and leadership skills to drive social change. By joining, you get access to intensive virtual modules and the IKAT networking initiative.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, an applicant must be a young female leader. Crucially, you must demonstrate a strong interest in social change and regional collaboration.
- Age: Women aged 25–35 at the time of the program.
- Nationality: Nationals of the 11 ASEAN nations, plus Nepal, Timor-Leste, and Papua New Guinea.
- Language: Must possess strong English language proficiency.
