Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator 2026

by | Nov 10, 2025

The Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator is a premier program for early-stage startups building innovative solutions to address the complex challenges of the modern labor market. Based in Denver, Colorado, this three-month, in-person accelerator is designed to help entrepreneurs succeed by providing intensive mentorship, access to a global network, and funding to scale their ventures.

The program surrounds companies with world-class mentors, corporate partners, investors, and alumni. Participants engage in workshops, curated resources, and hands-on guidance to refine their business models and prepare for significant growth. The accelerator culminates in a Demo Day, where founders pitch their companies to a curated audience of investors and community leaders.

  • Optional Convertible Note: Companies have the option to accept a $100,000 convertible note.
  • Investor Network: The program offers direct access to a worldwide network of investors, with Techstars companies historically raising over $2 million on average after the program.
